I am a qualified Ayurveda Consultant, having completed my Diploma in Ayurvedic Medicine while still doing clinic experience.
With over 5 years experience teaching yoga, my work is grounded in a holistic approach to wellbeing- integrating the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda with the mindful practices of yoga and meditation.
I am passionate about guiding others toward balance, clarity, and vitality in their daily lives through personalised treatments, lifestyle recommendations and embodied healing practices.
My passions came into alignment when I discovered Ayurveda, and I began practicing it in my own life while sharing it with my friends, family and community.
Ayurveda, which means "science of life" (Ayuh + Veda), is a traditional Indian system of medicine that focuses on balancing the mind, body, and spirit to promote overall health and well-being. It is a holistic approach that uses various methods like diet, herbal medicine, massage, yoga, and meditation to prevent illness and restore balance when it is disrupted.
